H.R.H. Princess Abze Djigma, representing the informal sector of Africa at Adaptation Futures 2016 in Rotterdam, was one of the key note speakers and participated in the opening and closing videos.

Adaptation Futures 2016 is organized by the Global Programme of Research on Climate Change Vulnerability, Impacts and Adaptation (PROVIA) together with the European Commission and the Government of the Netherlands.

It is a succesful platform where scholars, practitioners, policymakers and business people from all around the world went to connect, learn and inspire. It highlighted adaptation practices and solutions for people, governments and businesses all over the world.
