H.R.H. Princess Abze Djigma was one of the speakers at the Intergenerational Enquiry at COP25 in Madrid 2019.

The world today is home to the largest generation of young people in history, 1.8 billion. Connected to each other like never before, young people are leading climate action by implementing mitigation and adaptation projects, proposing innovative solutions, driving social progress and inspiring political change, in urban as well as rural contexts. The Young and Future Generations Day at COP 25 showcased and celebrated youth climate action through multiple activities.

The Intergenerational Inquiry was the highlight event of Young and Future Generations Day. It provided a platform for youth and decision makers to discuss how young people can enhance the implementation of the Paris Agreement.

H.R.H. Princess Abze Djigma motivated the young leaders to take the future in their own hands: they have the capabilities and the drive to make it happen themselves.
